Shipping & Return Policy
Orders ship in 4-5 days from our studio in Northampton, Massachusetts. *During the holiday season we will be shipping orders ever 3-4 days to accommodate the holiday rush* Depending on the US region, orders can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to be delivered.
We use USPS for all of our orders. Tracking information will always be provided, unless you select the shipping option without tracking which is only available for items that fit inside of a 4x6 envelope.
We offer free shipping on domestic orders of $75 or more. All other shipping charges are calculated based on your location, the total quantity, and weight of the products in your order.
Currently we do not offer international shipping but hope to offer it in the near future.
We ship to the address specified in your order. If that address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason and the product is returned to us, the buyer will have the option to pay the shipping again and we will attempt delivery again with a different address, or the buyer can receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost.
All sales are final on original artwork and semi-custom invitations.
We do our best to check all of the products and make sure that they are of good quality. From time to time we can miss things though. In the case that one of our items arrives to you damaged or defective, we will readily accept returns free of charge. A photo will be required to show us the defective product, and we must be contacted within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a refund if no replacement can be made.
While we are not responsible for damage done during shipping, we will do our best to replace damaged products if at all possible. This has not happened yet but if it does this is how we will handle this situation:
Damaged Products:
If your products are damaged in transit we are happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individuals who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. First we request that you file a claim with the shipping service. If the order is a complete loss and we offer you a replacement, we ask that you return the items to our studio, either in the original packaging or in sturdy packaging purchased at your local post office. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for replacement items. We are unable to replace for free any items damaged after delivery.
Not Delivered / Lost/ Stolen:
If your package is marked "Delivered" and yet is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any order for free if the shipping address is incorrect. This does happen occasionally, and it is not uncommon to have the package returned here to the studio. If that is the case, we are more than happy to forward it to your correct address though we ask that you pay for the postage. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do on our end, so we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. If a package is unable to be delivered, and is returned to our studio. we are happy to reship, but ask that you pay the additional postage. We are unable to reprint any order for free that has been not delivered, lost, or stolen.
We offer refunds or returns on non-defective products with a $5 restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping. To begin the refund/return process email us at customerservice {at} drawntoecology.com to let us know that you would like to return a product. The customer must send us a tracking number that shows they have shipping the product back to us. We will then process the refund, minus a $5 restocking fee once the merchandise has arrived to us. Originals & semi-custom invitations are not eligible for a return or exchange.
