Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused. All products will be inspected upon return before issuing refunds.
Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
Please note: Drawn to Ecology is not responsible for packages once they are shipped from our warehouse and lost in transit.

After you place an order it will be prepared to ship. Everything is put together in house, so this process usually takes about 5 business days. Thank you for your patience! Each order is filled by me and my small (fueled by lotssss of coffee) team.
Once your package is ready we pass it off to our awesome USPS team in town. (Occasionally UPS is faster but most are shipped with USPS)
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
